Alvin Brown
Alvin’s been in the pest control business since
1990, the last six and a half years with Advanced
Pest Services.
His continuing dedication to learning and
growing in this field has been exhibited by the
conferences and workshops he attends regularly
as well as the taking and passing of the Purdue
University Urban Entomology course.
Alvin is quick to help his coworkers when a question comes up about treatments, customer
service, directions and anything else! When the votes were counted he was the clear winner
among his peers for the Employee of the Year award. When asked what he likes best about
working for Advanced he said, “No one thing, I like it all. It is the best pest control company I
have ever worked for.”
Alvin is married to Anita and they have 3
grown children, 6 grandchildren with one more
on the way, and 4 Chihuahua dogs!

Brandy Perkins
Brandy Perkins came to work for us as a
technician right after the big ice storm of 2004.
She jumped right in and learned her job and
route quickly.
She was eager learn as much as
she could so she could do her job better. By the
end of that summer, she was setting production
records. When a position in the office opened
up, Brandy was asked if she wanted it. She said
she’d have to think about it, because she enjoyed
her job and would miss her customers.
In January 2005, she moved into the office with the
same enthusiasm she had approached her
previous position with - and she gets to keep in
touch with her customers when they call the
office.
Brandy is married to James, and they have
two children – Brandon &
Britney, and their dog Brutus. |
