program for years to come.
If
damage is caused by subterranean termites, the repairs to the home are
provided free of charge to the homeowner as long as the service is in force
at the time the damage is discovered and as long as terms and conditions of
the service agreement are met.

If
termites infest the dwelling prior to colony elimination, liquid treatment
