Are they really Ants or our they Termites?

Swarming ants and swarming termites look very similar. Because they swarm at the same time of the year, one is often mistaken for the other.

Over the years, we have received many calls from people who have discovered "flying things" all over their floor. Sometimes they are flying ants, but often they are swarming termites.
