Average Size Home (231 to 260 Linear Feet-Ground Floor):  initial install and first year of service:  Normal Price $1690.  Gold Package Price $950.00 or a savings of $740.00.  The annual renewal fee would be $250.00, a $50 savings over the standard annual renewal fee is $300.

Average Size Home, pest control initial fee and initial year of service carries a normal price of $300.  The Gold Package Price is $250.00 for this service.

The standard annual cost of pest and the termite guarantee renewal is $600.  With the Gold Package, the price to renew both would be $500.00 per year.
